 Redo Policy

Showpony offers a guarantee on all of our services. If you are unsatisfied with your service provided and would like a redo you must contact us within a one week period, the redo must be performed with the stylist that you were originally booked with. The redo policy does not cover a change in the original style or color. Showpony will not be liable for color or haircuts that has been done outside of our salon.

Cancellation Policy

As a courtesy to our technicians we request a 24 hour notice when cancelling an appointment. A late arrival to an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service. Cancellations and No-Shows leave gaps in the stylists’ schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice and prevent us from being able to accommodate other guests on the wait list for appointments. As a courtesy, we send a confirmation email or text 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Parking

Showpony offers 4 parking spots rear of the building, facing north east (i.e facing Shoppers Drug Mart) and closest to the Bank Street sidewalk. Please do not park in any of the other spot as your car may be towed by the building landlord. Alternative parking is available either on the side streets nearby, or at the 4 story city parking garage over on Second Avenue near Bank Street. Showpony is not liable for any parking tickets or towing fees.
